We have been building bespoke spiral stairs since 1987 and have 1000's of happy customers all around the world. Please read the detailed specification below. 10 x 1040mm diameter Victorian Cast Iron treads. To fit up to a maximum 2420mm floor to floor height (taller stairs require more treads).

1 standard baluster per tread 10 balusters. A standard 60 degree triangular landing platform (Approx 582mm x 582mm x 582mm). 6 landing balusters (More landing baluster may be required depending upon situation). Painted in Black eggshell (for internal use only) External finish at additional cost. Any changes to this specification will result in changes to the price quoted.

Please note that this 1067mm stair will require an easement of the UK building regulations. Please check with your local building control before ordering this stair. We also do cast stairs in 1370mm and 1830mm diameters with both clockwise and anticlockwise rotation which can be compliant with both Category A and B regs.
