The Staub multi-purpose roasting pan offers many options for cooking delicious meat, vegetable or fish dishes. The enamelled cast iron used to make the roasting pan means that you don't have to add a lot of oil for cooking and can therefore make light, healthy meals for your friends and family. Two handles allow you to move the roasting pan safely from place to place, and it can also be used on all heat sources, including induction hobs. The multi-purpose pan features a Chistera under-lid drop structure, which collects condensation and distributes it in drops over the food. Meat and vegetables are therefore kept moist, yet tender and flavoursome at the same time.

This unique design feature creates the first ever self-basting system to be found inside a large domed lid. The round multi-function roasting pan is 11.6cm high with lid, measures 31.7cm wide including handles (24cm without) and has a capacity of 2.4 litres.
